Emmanuel is the Grand Finale Winner of the world-famous Apollo Theater’s Amateur Night. He made history as the first saxophonist ever to win the legendary competition, and the first person to take first place in every single round leading up to the Grand Finale. His name now stands among the legends who got their start on the very same stage, icons like Ella Fitzgerald, Stevie Wonder, Lauryn Hill, and countless others whose careers were launched at the Apollo.

Emmanuel performed at Gainesville City Hall in a special televised event honoring Marion Caffey, a Gainesville native renowned for his groundbreaking contributions to Drama and Art. This performance celebrated Caffey’s legacy and the city’s deep connection to the arts.
Emmanuel had the privilege of performing at the Gator 100, an annual event recognizing the 100 fastest-growing businesses owned or led by University of Florida alumni. He has had the pleasure of performing at many student and faculty events, but this one was especially meaningful as a UF alumna and business owner himself.

Emmanuel Garilus had the honor of performing at the inaugural Gator Nation Leadership Award Ceremony, hosted by the University of Florida. This prestigious event recognizes alumni who have made significant contributions to diversity, equity, and inclusion within the Gator community.

At the inaugural gala for Combs Premier Realty Group, Emmanuel showcased his musical talent for a highly regarded real estate firm known for its commitment to excellence. The company has earned accolades such as the “2024 Best of Zillow Award” and is recognized as the “Top Selling Real Estate Team in Orange County.”

Emmanuel had the opportunity to perform at The Kingdom Church’s 2023 New Year’s Eve Crossover Service in Orlando, Fl which brought together over 2,000 members and guests.
